Inside the store, there are many hams, bacons, and sausages lined up, and just looking at them is exciting. In particular, the freshly made bacon was impressive, and I was surprised by the perfect balance of salt. The thick, coarsely ground sausage, when cooked lightly and then grilled as I was taught, has a crispy skin and a rich flavor. I also tried a little bit of corned beef and liver sausage, and each has its own personality and pairs well with alcohol. It's a small shop, but you can feel the dedication in the air, and the craftsmanship comes through. The taste is different from supermarket products, making meals at home much more enjoyable.

It's a small shop, but the showcase is filled with handmade charcuterie, and the atmosphere is very nice. The freshly made bacon has just the right amount of saltiness, and the flavor spreads as you chew. Just cut it into bite-sized pieces and warm it up a bit, and it's perfect for snacking as is. The coarse sausage has a crispy skin that bursts, allowing you to savor the deliciousness of the meat. The roast beef is also tender, and you can really enjoy the flavor of the meat. You can tell that they keep additives to a minimum, so you can choose with peace of mind.
