The style of entering through the torii gate is playful and exciting. Inside, there is a spacious area with tables lined up, and the sake bottles and large paintings of tigers catch the eye. The domestic 100% buckwheat soba is thin yet firm, and it slips down smoothly. The broth has a light impression, and as you continue eating, the umami is conveyed straightforwardly. The tempura includes large shrimp along with crispy eggplant and lotus root, which pair excellently with the soba. There are also sets like oyakodon and soba broth, allowing for a thoroughly satisfying experience.
