The calm atmosphere conveys that the couple is managing the place with care. The soy sauce ramen has a nostalgic flavor, with a rich chicken broth and a nicely concentrated soy sauce soup that feels just right. The noodles are medium-thin and wavy, smooth and chewy, and the combination of wakame, naruto, menma, and chashu is enjoyable. The mini curry has a crisp texture from the onions and the savory taste of pork, with the yellow roux being quite appealing. The mini chicken rice set also has a pleasant ketchup aroma, which pairs excellently with the ramen. The chilled Chinese noodles are refreshing, and the sauce is delicious as well.
