The aroma of garlic steak rice whets the appetite, and I can't help but pick up my chopsticks. They quickly pour a beaten egg over it at the table, and when I mix it and press it lightly, it creates a crispy crust that is fun. The seasoning is mild, so I can adjust it to my liking with salt, pepper, or wasabi. The freshly grilled steak is served quickly, and the sound and aroma of the hot plate stimulate my appetite. The cross-section is moist and rich in flavor, making it a perfect match with the rice. There are also macaroni in the soup and salad, and I can be satisfied with the menu unique to the directly managed store.
