The atmosphere is calm and very comfortable. The shabu-shabu of hamachi is very delicious, making me smile involuntarily. The nigiri has just the right amount of rice, and there is satisfaction with the horse mackerel, golden eye snapper, kohada, and eel. The squid dumpling soup has a gentle flavor that seeps into the body. The uni nigiri and marinated tuna are also impressively delicious. Even the sweet finish is not neglected, making this a restaurant that excels in various situations.
