The selection of prosciutto and side dishes was impressive, and I felt excited the moment I walked in. The standing bar counter style and the warm atmosphere reminiscent of an old folk house were very pleasant. The prosciutto is sliced fresh upon order, and tasting the assorted platter allows you to appreciate each one's unique characteristics. I was particularly impressed by the smoothness of the mortadella and the increasing umami of the jamón serrano with each bite. The takeout side dishes can also be enjoyed in the store, and everything, from the pickles to the chicken terrine and smoked cheese, is delicious. Many of the flavors pair well with wine, making it perfect for a little snack while sipping a drink.
