The calm atmosphere of the shop was pleasant, and the wooden counter was comfortable. Even for someone like me who is usually not fond of roast beef, I was surprised by how moist and flavorful it was. The homemade croissant was light and flaky, with the rich aroma of butter that was irresistible. The salad had a beautiful color, and the carrot dressing along with the crispy lotus root provided a nice accent. The chilled edamame soup had a slightly textured mouthfeel and was easy to drink. Everything, from the fun woven croissant to the herb-scented mashed potatoes and the subtly sweet cake, was satisfying.
