As you pass through the pure white noren (curtain), you are welcomed by a calm counter and a raised seating area. The sounds and aromas of the dishes being prepared by the owner fill the air, making the wait exciting. The ikura don (salmon roe rice bowl) features soft grains that are perfectly marinated, making it easy to enjoy with rice. The katsudon (pork cutlet rice bowl) has thinly sliced meat coated in fluffy, soft-boiled egg, allowing you to fully appreciate the flavor of the broth. The tempura set meal includes thick scallops and whiting, perfectly paired with a crispy batter, creating a deliciousness that brings a smile to your face.
