Stopping by during skiing, I feel relieved by the retro atmosphere of the mountain lodge. The hot pot udon warmed me from the core with its rich broth. The daikon in the oden was tender, and the umami of the broth spread gently, bringing a smile to my face. Drinking Orion beer while gazing at the white slopes from a window seat is a refreshing and interesting combination. I was able to enjoy a leisurely break with coffee and moist cheesecake after the meal. Stepping out onto the terrace and breathing in the clear mountain air, I once again feel the specialness of the time spent here.
