I had a unique bowl that combines ramen and Italian cuisine. The tonkotsu-based soup is layered with a carbonara-like richness, and the texture of the noodles is perfectly matched. The toppings of bacon and mizuna, along with the occasional almonds, add a fun change in texture. I was pleased with the service that allows you to choose rice for lunch, which they use to make a hot risotto with the leftover soup. This risotto had the aroma of blue cheese, making it a rich finish that was just perfect. The atmosphere in the restaurant is calm, and I feel it is a place where both ramen lovers and Italian food enthusiasts can be satisfied.
