Unexpected spiciness @Nagoya｜Eat delicious food and be happy! Did you know that Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture is the birthplace of Taiwanese ramen? The word "Taiwan" is used, but the owner of a Taiwanese restaurant used to make this Taiwanese ramen as a bribe. Every time I went to Nagoya, I was always curious about Taiwanese ramen, which is a Nagoya delicacy! When it comes to Taiwanese ramen, this is the place to go! Ajisen The main store is located in Imaike, and there are 11 stores in Aichi Prefecture! This time, we visited the JR Nagoya Station branch! The store is located in the area where Nagoya specialties are gathered at Nagoya Station. Inside the restaurant, there are 50 seats at the counter and tables, and it is a decent size! I thought it would be a restaurant that mainly serves Taiwanese ramen, but it has a full lineup of Chinese dishes! I found the Taiwanese ramen I was looking for! There is no set menu, so if you are alone, you will probably have to choose between ramen and rice. I guess you have to be in a big group to eat Chinese food... I am alone, and my purpose is Taiwanese Ramen, so it's OK! Taiwanese Ramen with egg 820 yen I was afraid if it was very spicy, so I chose it with egg. I took a sip of the soup ... it was spicy! What? I was surprised that it was spicier than I thought it would be! There are chili peppers and lots of minced meat! The spiciness was so unexpected that my chopsticks stopped! Maybe I underestimated the spiciness, so I felt it was even spicier than I expected. The noodle lift is too bad! The noodles are straight and well mixed with the soup! So it becomes very spicy when I eat it! It goes down your throat and is easy to eat! But it's so spicy! I thought the spiciness had gotten a little stronger, but what? Was I mistaken? I had to eat it with rice or else it was too spicy for me. No, Chinese food is only good if you come in a big group. My first bowl of Taiwanese ramen ended up being too spicy! Thank you for the food! I moved from Gifu to Nagoya, and my first meal was Taiwanese ramen. This time, for my first Taiwanese ramen, I went to the famous Ajisen restaurant 😄. I didn't know Taiwanese ramen was not in Taiwan. I heard it's a spicy ramen made in Japan 😂. It is indeed spicy! No, personally, it hurts! The customer next to me was diluting the soup with water because it was so spicy😜.
