Visited just after 6:00 pm on a Saturday just after opening. There were two groups in line, and after waiting about 10 minutes we were able to get in. The restaurant is spacious and clean. There are many seats and they ask for your order while you are in line. Even if there are many people in line outside, I have the impression that the turnover is fast. Awatake 850 yen, topped with boiled egg 50 yen The chashu pork is not as rare as the one at Yuko's. I am not a big fan of rare chashu pork, I am not so good at rare chashu pork. I prefer it like this. The yolk of the boiled egg was a little hard. It would be nice if the yolk was a little thicker when cracked open, I would have liked it if the yolk was a little thicker when I cracked it open, but it was not quite half-boiled. As this restaurant has just opened, the yolk may not be stable yet. It may not be stable yet. This ramen has a clear soup, which was not available in Shiga. I like this type of ramen, so I am glad it opened.
