This shop is located in a quiet place, where you can relax at the counter and feel at ease. Seasonal appetizers are served little by little, and their beautiful colors make it enjoyable just to look at them. The shrimp dumpling and clear soup have a wonderful aroma, and the deliciousness of the dashi comes through clearly. In addition to sashimi and grilled dishes, there are playful items like a Japanese-style gratin that adds excitement. You can choose your favorite sake cup, and the explanations and suggestions from the owner are clear and reassuring. For lunch, there are options like sea bream chazuke and large shrimp tempura rice bowl, and the seasonal feel of the dishes enhances the mood.

As you walk down the stone-paved alley, you will arrive at a quiet and atmospheric shop. The first floor has a small counter, while the second floor features a calm seating area that is very comfortable. The sea bream chazuke is served in a style where you first enjoy the sashimi before pouring the broth over it, and I was impressed by the freshness. It's exciting to watch the chef fillet the sea bream right in front of you. The small dishes, such as boiled greens and soft tofu, also have a refined taste, and the tableware is lovely. The sake pairs perfectly with the dishes, allowing for a satisfying experience until the very end.
