The interior of the shop, which is housed in a repurposed school building, is nostalgic and very calming. The plates are piled high with a variety of colorful vegetables, which was exciting just to look at. I was delighted to enjoy different flavors one after another, thanks to the diverse cooking methods from Japanese, Western, and Asian cuisines. By the time I finished the brown rice and miso soup, I was completely satisfied. The use of spices and acidity was skillful, and I never got bored with just the vegetables. A meat-loving friend chose the pork cutlet from the secret menu, and it was a nice touch that we both ended up smiling.
