In a soba street establishment, the calm tatami room, utilizing a private house, is comfortable. Upon entering the entrance by climbing the black iron stairs, you can take off your shoes and relax. The soba is slightly thin with a firm texture and a chewy quality, making it satisfying to eat. As instructed, at first, enjoy it without any condiments, and then try it with salt to enhance the aroma significantly. The wild boar soup has a strong umami flavor without any unpleasant smell, and it pairs very well with the soba. The small bowl of mountain vegetables and bracken is impressive, and you can leisurely enjoy tea at your own pace.
