Upon entering the building, there is a modern atmosphere, and at the back of the stairs, there is a cozy dining space. The specialty of Chinese noodles, fragrant with Japanese dashi, features colorful toppings like fried tempura bits and narutomaki, allowing for a simultaneous experience of nostalgia and novelty. The table for flowing somen has water gently running, which is exciting just to watch. The somen, chilled with cold spring water, has a firm texture and can be enjoyed endlessly by changing the condiments. The Inaniwa udon is also glossy and smooth, providing an excellent mouthfeel, showcasing the quality of the local water. You can also buy local cider, making it a wonderful spot to enjoy until after your meal.
