While enjoying the view from the window, you can leisurely savor a course-style Chinese meal. Located on a high floor of the hotel, the view of Lake Toya is magnificent when the weather is clear. The presentation is French-style and elegant, with each dish showing creativity and a gentle flavor. Everything was satisfying, from the shrimp and garlic chive dumplings, soup noodles, seafood yakisoba, appetizers, dim sum, braised beef tendon, shark fin soup, to almond tofu. When the fog rolled in, the staff took photos at just the right moment, creating a magical shot. Being led to a private room with a round table, where you can enjoy your meal in a calm atmosphere, is also a delight.
