This is a shop that has moved to Kamakura, with a sense of cleanliness and a modern touch to the Japanese atmosphere, making it very comfortable. The spacing between the seats is spacious, allowing for a relaxed experience. The eel is steamed and then grilled over charcoal, resulting in a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior, which is the best. The harmony with the sauce is excellent, and the salt served alongside makes the white rice even more enjoyable. The chawanmushi (savory egg custard), silky tofu, and grilled liver are all delicately flavored, and the bento box is lacquered in Wajima style, pleasing to the eyes as well. The staff's service is pleasant, and it's nice that you can charge your smartphone at the table.

In a bright store filled with the scent of wood, my heart immediately relaxes. The staff warmly welcomes me, and their hospitality is thorough. The eel is truly delicious, allowing for a high-quality experience. Even the small dishes and condiments that come out while waiting show a meticulous attention to detail. The particularly impressive Wakayama grape pepper, combined with salt on white rice, is irresistible. This restaurant has relocated and opened in the ancient city of Kamakura, located just beyond the end of Onari Street.
