The bowl with tuna, onsen egg, and lettuce pairs well with the Japanese-style dressing, making it refreshing to enjoy. The grilled meat with salt sauce is rich in flavor and encourages you to eat more. The tempura, sashimi, chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), and steamed tokobushi (a type of sea snail) are all prepared with care, and each dish is satisfying in taste. Water is self-served, and tea is provided in a pot, with a conveyor belt sushi restaurant in the same building, offering a wide range of food options.
