In the atmosphere of a traditional diner, you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed manner. The signature dish, simmered offal, has a wonderful aroma, rich flavor, and pairs well with rice. The combination with half tofu is also good, clearly showcasing the deliciousness of the tofu itself. They are also skilled at simmered fish, and the simmered head has a subtly sweet seasoning that highlights the quality of the ingredients. The sashimi is firm, and I appreciated the balance of fat and sweetness. There are various homemade side dishes, and I look forward to looking at the daily specials.
