The non-rotating style allows you to feel the quality of the ingredients more overall. The rich shrimp soba features a thick pork bone broth layered with the aroma of shrimp, and the flavor of the oil shines through. The akamoku gunkan has a strong flavor of grilled flying fish, making it satisfying even without soy sauce, and adding extra wasabi makes it even more enjoyable. The three-layered sushi has a good balance of the crisp texture of the seaweed and saltiness, creating a sense of creativity that is exciting. When you combine the hot fish tatsuta roll with anago sauce and shichimi, the aroma rises and encourages you to keep eating. The large, fatty grilled sardines have a fragrant skin and good fat content, making each dish highly satisfying.
