The sashimi here is outstanding, with fish directly purchased from the fishing port shining. The flavors of horse mackerel, yellowtail, amberjack, and sandfish are all well conveyed. The deep-fried tofu has a chewy texture and a strong ginger flavor. The braised beef tendon is lightly seasoned, allowing you to enjoy a pleasant chewiness. The rolled omelet is also delicious, and I’m happy that it’s a large size. The restaurant is lively, and when it gets crowded, the serving of sashimi may be slow, but all the dishes are delicious.
