I had been curious about this izakaya for some time. The name of the restaurant is "The Fish Shop of Otchan and Obachan," and the menu outside looked inexpensive, so I had no choice but to go there. The tsuke dashi was roasted sea bream skin, and it was delicious. On the white board, "Hakkaku" was written as today's recommended menu item. I had never heard of this name before, but I wanted to try it and entered the restaurant. When we were seated at the counter, the octagon appeared. It looked a little grotesque, but the taste was refreshing and elegant. They also seem to have a wide variety of fish and seafood on the menu. Thank you for the meal.
