The interior of the restaurant has a quiet and calm atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy your meal slowly. The set meal I ordered had a variety of dishes, and the balance from the miso soup to the main dish was excellent. In particular, the fluffy dashi rolled omelet was rich in aroma, and with each bite, a gentle dashi flavor spread. The beef steak was thick, surprisingly tender, and juicy. The small bowls of vegetables and fried items were also carefully prepared, making it enjoyable to eat without getting bored until the end. The nostalgic aroma of chicken rice wafted through the air, and I felt that it was a wonderful place to fully appreciate the goodness of Western cuisine with all five senses.
