This restaurant is a bar-style place in Shin-Yokohama where you can casually enjoy pasta. I ordered the spicy tomato carbonara with shrimp and mozzarella, and the rich sauce paired perfectly with the plump ingredients. The acidity of the tomato, the creaminess of the cheese, and the richness of the egg yolk combined to create a deep flavor that makes you want to pair it with wine. When served with fragrant garlic toast, the aroma of garlic further enhances your appetite, allowing you to enjoy the sauce beautifully. The interior is spacious and lively, and the warm hospitality from the staff is pleasant. I felt that this is a place I definitely want to add to my dining options in Shin-Yokohama, whether for lunch or a casual drink.
