Chinese restaurant favored by top athletes Athlete Chinese Dining YI-CHANG Many top athletes, including Mao Asada and martial arts K-1 three-weight champion Many top athletes visit to enjoy their meals in peace! 💕 Mr. Yoshiaki Miyazaki, Athlete Food Meister/Handsome Chef 👨‍🍳 After studying exercise physiology and sports nutrition at the Japan University of Health and Sport Sciences 📚. After conducting extensive research on the relationship between athletes' bodies and food 🧪. He is a member of the Athlete Food Meister Company! He invented "Athlete Chinese 🏃‍♂️🇨🇳" by combining his cooking skills and In addition to being a chef, he also provides dietary guidance to athletes and creates recipes for them. ❣️😆 This time, he is making what his fans call "Mao Tantanmen"! I got the famous soupless tantanmen 🍜✨. 🌟It won 5 stars on a website specializing in tantanmen [Masamune tantanmen without soup] 🌟! The hot spring egg wraps around the noodle and makes it go down your throat! 🥚 It has an addictive taste with a tangy hwasansho afterwards! 🌶 In Chinese, "Shoso" means "real" in Japanese. The name "Shoso" is derived from the Chinese word "shoso" meaning "real" in Japanese, which means "more authentic"! A little 💡 knowledge 💡. Soup-less tantanmen was originally a dish that was sold by carrying a balance pole! So it is based on "soupless" in Sichuan, China, where it originated . YI-CHANG's three specialties No white sugar 🥄. A rapid rise in blood sugar levels puts a heavy burden on the body. We do not use any white sugar, which is said to be one of the major causes of this problem. Instead, brown sugar and beet sugar, which are rich in vitamins and other minerals, are used! Hot water is used to boil the water. ♨️ Generally speaking, "bathing" ingredients in oil is an indispensable part of Chinese cooking. By changing this process to "boiling through", people who are concerned about their health and calories can eat with peace of mind! Additive-free✨ No "preservatives," "coloring agents," or any other additives are used, and there are no leftovers! Most restaurants use chemical seasonings to bring out the best flavor... All dishes are handmade from scratch, combining the natural flavors of the ingredients to bring out their natural deliciousness! Name of restaurant.
