Soba has a firm texture, and the longer noodles slide down smoothly. The dipping sauce is mild, and it can be enjoyed until the last drop even with zaru soba. The tempura, made with vegetables and mushrooms, is crispy and fragrant, bringing a smile to your face. The large omelet is fluffy and well-seasoned with dashi, making it very satisfying. Dishes like simmered yellowtail with daikon, miso stew with pork offal, and fried horse mackerel are all prepared with care, and they pair well with alcohol. There are also fragrant soba tea and soba with a cherry blossom flavor, making the meal even more enjoyable.
