Only for reservations at 17:30 or 18:30; reservation required by 21:00 the day before. This is a chef’s choice full course that allows you to fully enjoy seasonal ingredients delivered from various parts of Hokkaido and the unique flavors of the season. From appetizers using seasonal seafood and vegetables, to our specialty “Hokkaido quenelle,” a carefully selected meat dish, and dessert. We incorporate recommended ingredients of the day and compose each plate with care, centering on classic French cuisine from Saveur. Recommended for anniversaries, meals with important people, or dinners during a trip to Hokkaido—any evening when you want to enjoy food and wine slowly.
