On my day off, it was a sunny day, so I went touring in the Shonan area. When I was logging food around Enoshima for lunch, I remembered that there was a restaurant in Hiratsuka that I had bookmarked after reading a post by a follower, so I headed west on Route 134. The restaurant is located just after crossing the river and entering Hiratsuka. At first, we parked in front of the restaurant and registered our names in the book, but the waiter told us that there was a waiting list of 80 people (according to the waitress). I was too hungry to worry, but decided to wait. The special sashimi set meal (1,880 yen, tax not included) + extra rice (large portion, 250 yen, tax not included) The sashimi set includes horse mackerel, swordfish, sea bass, yellowtail, black sea bream, and one more that I forgot to mention. Three thickly cut slices of sashimi each, all fresh and plump. The fried horse mackerel that came as part of the set was so thick that I wondered if it was really horse mackerel. It is really a horse mackerel. It was served with a generous amount of tartar sauce. The staff quickly guided us through the packed restaurant, giving us the impression that this is indeed a popular restaurant. The staff was very efficient in guiding us through the packed restaurant. Miso soup was not made from Ara but ordinary one. The default price of the set meal is over 2,000 yen. It would have been wonderful if the change was only 1,500 yen including tax for this meal.

I have been to this restaurant many times, but it is always busy and I have to wait for a while. I arrived early and was shown to my table on time without any wait. The food came out in about 10 minutes. We ordered the omakase sashimi course and the sashimi was very fresh and crispy, and the fried fish was hot and very tasty.

I heard that they serve delicious fish dishes, so I invited my friend to visit at lunch time. We had the omakase sashimi set. The sashimi was thick and meaty, including hachiori, sea bass, and egodai. The sashimi had a refreshing taste and was delicious with a firm and plump texture. It also came with fried fish and was very hearty.
