This is a restaurant that welcomes you with a calm atmosphere, featuring counters, tables, and tatami seating. The first set meal that arrived was visually appealing, and you could feel the attention to detail even in the placement of the pickles. The fried fish had a light and crispy batter, while the inside was fluffy and soft, bringing a smile to my face. The sashimi was very fresh, and the sweetness that hit my palate the moment I tasted it was impressive. The fried shrimp, tenderloin, and squid each had different enjoyable textures, with the tenderness of the tenderloin particularly standing out. Even the miso soup and tea were delicious, and I felt happy savoring the variety of the rich menu little by little.
