Tsukemen is popular at this restaurant and I ordered the special Tsukemen. I liked that I could choose the amount of noodles and how cold I wanted them. The wait was a little long, but it was a satisfying wait. The tsuke sauce was thick and tasty, a veggie-potato type with pork bone and chicken stock. The noodles were homemade whole wheat medium-thick noodles with a fresh texture. The variety of menu items is also attractive, and you can also enjoy Chinese soba noodles and Taiwanese mazesoba.
