As soon as you enter, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the counter is calming. The appetizers are carefully prepared, raising expectations. You can enjoy a well-balanced selection of sashimi, tempura, stews, and grilled dishes. In particular, the dishes featuring rockfish and sea bream are rich in flavor and leave a lasting impression. The homemade tofu and octopus carpaccio are also elaborate, making you want to keep eating. The lineup of local sake from Aomori is extensive, and it pairs perfectly with the dishes.

The atmosphere is calm, and you can relax at the counter. The sashimi is delicious, and you can thoroughly enjoy dishes like potato salad and braised pork. The tempura, including enoki mushrooms and squid tentacles, was crispy and fragrant. The grilled beef marinated in salt koji is savory, and the flavor expands with each bite. The selection of local sake is abundant, making the tasting experience exciting. For the finale, I had a refined salt ramen, and the service of miso soup or ice cream at the end was also delightful.
