The restaurant is run by brothers who come from a sumo background, creating a warm atmosphere. The chanko is packed with vegetables, and the flavor of the soup gently seeps in. The taste of the miso is particularly rich, making you want to drink it all the way to the last drop. The tsukune is fluffy and delicious, with a light saltiness that makes it easy to eat. In the evening, you can also enjoy sashimi, fried chicken, and rolled omelet, all of which are highly satisfying.
