It is a small shop located in a back alley, with a calm atmosphere. The glossy, thin noodles have a firm texture and can be easily eaten. The broth has a gentle umami flavor and a refreshing aftertaste. The tempura is perfectly fried, with chicken, squid, and vegetables all crispy. The burdock tempura is thinly sliced and has a kakiage style, delicious both on its own and when dipped in the sauce. The chopped ginger served separately adds a nice aroma, and the complimentary cold barley tea is also a nice touch.
