This is a simple and calming space located on the second floor of a souvenir shop. You first place your order at the register and then relax while waiting at your preferred seat. The hot pot dishes are steaming and warm your body, with plenty of vegetables and a gentle flavor. You can also enjoy a milk-based hot pot or a refreshing hot pot served with grated daikon and ponzu sauce. The rice is made from ancient grains, and the flavor expands with each bite, providing a sense of satisfaction. After the meal, you can take a moment to relax with self-serve tea, and it's also enjoyable to browse the local products and ginger preserves available downstairs.
