The hot pot dishes are steaming and warm your body, with plenty of vegetables and a gentle flavor. You can also enjoy a milk-based hot pot or a refreshing hot pot served with grated daikon and ponzu sauce. The rice is made from ancient grains, and the flavor expands with each bite, providing a sense of satisfaction. After the meal, you can take a moment to relax with self-serve tea, and it's also enjoyable to browse the local products and ginger preserves available downstairs.
