The sets include salad, sashimi, tempura, chawanmushi, mixed rice, and even morisoba, providing a rich selection. The noodles are made from Hitachi Aki soba from Ibaraki, which has a pleasant aroma and a firm texture. The katsu set has a light and crispy coating, and the texture of the ham katsu is also pleasant. The portion of soba is generous, and at the end, you can relax with soba-yu. The soba pudding for dessert is also delicious, allowing you to enjoy it even after the meal.
