Each dish was impressive and very delicious. The owner was friendly and made it comfortable to spend time there. Unfortunately, I was surprised by the loud footsteps of the female staff in the hall, their blunt way of taking orders, and the careless way they placed and removed cups and dishes. When I ordered an additional drink, they told me to wait, and then did not come back for a while. It had been some time since I placed my first order, so I wished they had been more attentive. Perhaps because they were careless, they also broke a plate during the meal, which made me wish for a more composed atmosphere. Since the food is wonderful and not cheap, I felt that customer service should be valued as well.

The restaurant is always full. But I'm glad I was able to get in with a reservation. The hairy crab is of course delicious as always, but the seasonal fish and dishes are too good! I want to come back and it's my number one restaurant to recommend to friends. Thank you, master, for the meal. I'm very satisfied this time as well.

I visited for a friend's birthday. Every dish was carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and each one was truly delicious. In particular, the cod milt with ponzu sauce and the grilled yellowtail collar were impressively tasty, but honestly, there wasn't a single dish that missed the mark. Watching the owner skillfully handle orders one after another from behind the counter was a true display of craftsmanship, and it was enjoyable just to watch. Thank you for a wonderful time. This is a place I definitely want to visit again!

The shop's wife and husband were very kind and friendly ^_^ And above all, all the dishes were delicious. If I had more space in my stomach, there were many dishes I would have liked to try! On the last night in Fukushima, I had a very good time!

軍鶏とせりの小鍋せりの根まで入っていて、いつか食べてみたいと思ってました。シャキシャキしていてとてもおいしかったです。

トマトと牛すじ味噌煮込み⇨これも正確なメニュー名を忘れてしまって。牛スジがトロトロでまるでデミグラスソースみたいな味で素晴らしかったです！

ささみの天ぷら⇨メニュー名を忘れましたが柔らかくレアな食感がたまりませんでした！

I made a reservation for a reunion with an old friend from my time at Fukushima University. We came from Morioka and Saitama. The atmosphere and service in the restaurant were also very pleasant. The price range is on the higher side, but we were able to enjoy dishes and local sake of quality that exceeded that. It created such good memories.
