There are calm sunken kotatsu seats that are comfortable and make you want to stay for a long time. The staff is efficient, and the flow of serving is smooth. Local ingredients are marked, and it's exciting to see everything from Fukushima beef and Date chicken to egoma pork and wild vegetables. The Aizu horse sashimi is tender and flavorful, and it pairs perfectly with the homemade spicy miso. The fried mebaru has a pleasant aroma and a rich taste that goes well with alcohol. The chicken dish for lunch is served hot on a griddle, and the sweet and spicy sauce combined with the aroma of the vegetables makes it impossible to put down your chopsticks until the end.

It is just a short walk from the station, and when you go down to the basement, a calm atmosphere spreads out inside the store. You take off your shoes upon entering, and there are various types of seating available, including counters, tatami rooms, and private rooms, making it convenient to use. The draft beer is served in metal mugs, allowing you to enjoy a crisp taste. There is a rich selection of sake brands, making it enjoyable to compare different types, which is a delight for sake lovers. There is a variety of local dishes available, and everything is delicious, including sashimi platters, meat, fried foods, and round dumplings. The place feels clean, and I felt it was comfortable for both large gatherings and solo drinking.
