In a house in the forest, the interior is a clean and comfortable space. There is a central wood stove that makes you feel at ease the moment you enter. First, a small serving of soba dumplings and pickles is served, which brings a smile to your face. You can choose between white sarashina soba and colored soba, both of which are carefully prepared. The noodles are thin and elastic, the broth is mild and fragrant, and it goes down smoothly. The thick soba broth pairs well with the soup, making it a place where you can enjoy it along with the hot springs.
