The aroma of charcoal is pleasant, and it whets my appetite even before I sit down. The sashimi platter is fresh, and the different cuts and textures are enjoyable. The seared duck breast is cooked to perfection, and the umami flavor comes through strongly. The charcoal-grilled Japan X pork, fried white shrimp, and asparagus wrapped in meat are all hot and fragrant. The finishing touch of warm noodles with kabosu citrus and chicken porridge has a refined and refreshing broth. The sake selection also features new brands, which pair excellently with the dishes.
