After watching the video on how to make it during the tour, it's fun to enter the cool storage cave. The cave maintains a stable temperature year-round, which I felt is suitable for making aged liquor. Inside, I also spotted the names of famous people, which was a bit exciting. After the tour, I could try various types of awamori, which is irresistible for alcohol lovers. In particular, the aged liquor from the 'Ryukyu Dynasty' has a rounded mouthfeel, with a wonderful sweetness and lingering aroma. The canned gin soda also has a nicely balanced spice aroma, making it smooth to drink and easy to gulp down.
