The filling of the dumplings was full of flavor, and the aroma of the crispy edges was irresistible. The shrimp and egg stir-fry had large shrimp that were plentiful, and even with a light taste, it was satisfying. The ramen had a refreshing mouthfeel, yet the umami was strong enough that I wanted to drink the soup. It had a gentle flavor reminiscent of old times, yet you could clearly feel the craftsmanship. The menu also included dishes like shark fin, allowing for a slightly luxurious experience. Overall, the flavors of traditional Chinese cuisine were well-balanced, and everything was delicious and reassuring to enjoy.
