This is a calm soba restaurant quietly located in a residential area. The interior is clean, with both counter and table seating, and the tableware is uniformly made from Mashiko pottery, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The soba karinto served at the beginning has just the right amount of saltiness, making it perfect as a snack while you wait. The noodles are thin and well-formed, with a good mouthfeel, and the dipping sauce is smooth and very easy to pair with. There are also two-color and three-color assortments available, allowing you to enjoy the aroma of different types of soba. The tempura and kakiage have a light and crispy batter, and the fried soba dumplings are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, pairing perfectly with the miso sauce.
