This shop is located just a short walk from the station and is easy to enter even during lunchtime. Inside, there is a counter, a raised seating area, and tables, making it a comfortable place for solo diners. The signature dish, ginger pork, features several large slices of pork, providing a satisfying meal. The well-seasoned side dish of simmered vegetables and the crunchy shredded cabbage pair perfectly. The taciturn owner has an interesting style, allowing customers to pour their own tea and write their orders on a memo, which made me feel like a regular. Including the miso soup, the overall satisfaction was high, and it was a lunch that warmed both my stomach and my heart.
