Guests can enjoy soba loaded with mountain vegetables and mushrooms, as well as the traditional curry nanban udon passed down through generations, featuring rich dashi flavor and firm noodles. Upon entering the store, the cheerful staff warmly welcomes you, and the interior is bright and comfortable. The water has a subtle citrus aroma, which puts you in a good mood from the very first sip. The dipping sauce has a bonito flavor with a hint of yuzu, making the soba go down smoothly. The warm soba with mountain vegetables and mushrooms is generously topped with ingredients, and it's intriguing that even when you add a raw egg, it doesn't turn white immediately. There are also sets that come with zaru soba, rice balls, and smaller katsudon, perfect for when you want a hearty meal. You can feel the creativity that makes it hard to believe it's in a commercial facility, and both my stomach and heart were satisfied.
