I visited a takeout fried chicken specialty shop located on the first floor of a shopping center. The counter displayed half chickens and large pieces of zangi, which made my appetite grow just by looking at them. This time, I chose zangi and chicken wings, and when I reheated them at home, the coating was crispy and made a delightful sound. The soy sauce-based flavor was enhanced by the aroma of ginger, and even when cooled, the juiciness of the meat remained, continuing to be delicious. The chicken wings, prepared in the same way as the half chicken, were light in flavor, but the taste was well-infused even around the bones, providing a high level of satisfaction. For someone like me who loves fried food, this is a wonderful shop where I can casually stop by and enjoy authentic chicken dishes.

Since it's takeout only, I'm happy that I can enjoy it casually at home. The fried chicken pieces are large, and the crispy coating feels great. When you bite into them, the juices burst out, making them very juicy. The simple seasoning based on salt and pepper allows you to keep eating without getting tired of it. They also have chicken wings and half-fried chicken, which makes it fun for the family to choose various options. When served on the weekend table, they are perfect as a side dish for rice or as snacks, and everyone smiles.
