The moment you open the door, the aroma of freshly baked goods spreads, and colorful breads are lined up on the shelves at the entrance. The dough made from domestic wheat is fluffy and chewy, providing a gentle eating experience. The yangnyeom chicken katsu has a hint of ethnic spiciness that follows the sweetness, making you crave rice. The whipped melon bread has a crispy exterior and is filled with plenty of cream, and it becomes even more delightful when eaten slightly chilled. For lunch, there are hearty dishes like stir-fried kalbi and pork, as well as Korean-style gratin, all of which are filling and pair perfectly with white rice. If you take home kinako bean bread or Renjima lotus root curry, you can continue to enjoy delightful bread moments at home.
