The calm atmosphere underground is enjoyable, and passing through the low sliding door is fun. While taking a break at the counter, you can enjoy various types of grilled eel skewers. The eel can be enjoyed with wasabi, and the fillet and short pieces can be enjoyed with sauce. The potato salad with a hint of pepper and the refreshing taste of plum crystal are also good accents. The sesame tofu and clam dashi chawanmushi have a gentle flavor that makes you want to keep eating. The selection of sake is also rich, allowing you to relax and enjoy it alongside the dishes.

As you pass through the small door underground, a quietly calming space unfolds. The somewhat dim lighting creates just the right atmosphere for relaxed drinking. The plump eel has a good balance with the sauce, and the eel rice bowl is quite satisfying. You can enjoy skewers of liver and chestnut, and the grilled eel, jelly-like stew, and dashi egg are also delicious. A variety of sake is lined up, and if you express your preferences, they can recommend something for you. The staff's attentiveness is pleasant, and you can thoroughly enjoy the meal alone.
