3.1

This is a calm shop located in a shopping street, with plenty of seats to relax. There are tatami rooms and tables, creating a nostalgic atmosphere. You can choose between hot and cold soba and udon, which are freshly boiled and have a firm texture. The sushi is bite-sized and easy to eat, with thick shrimp that is delightful. The vinegared rice in the chirashi is subtly flavored, topped with egg, shrimp, octopus, radish sprouts, and sakura starch. The soba dipping sauce, flavored with kombu and bonito broth, is also excellent, and the service was pleasant, making for a comfortable dining experience.
